Including computer infrastructure systems, desktop PCs, mobile smartphones, installation. It involves deployment, problem correction, removal/replacement, or other tasks as necessary to ensure continuation of customer work productivity and/or on-air transmission. It also require Tier 1 Support for network connectivity, Telephony, video conference, and any other IT related tasks. Troubleshoot and support software applications. This position maintains the corporate software and those applications particular to all the offices operation in coordination with the IT Latin America team and the corporate IT Standards JOB RESPONSIBILITY Provide on-site and/or remote user IT support for the Turner Brasil office and other Turner sales office in the region when needed. Technologist - - Degree are acceptable too. - More than 2 years in IT Support functions. - Good knowledge of English written and spoken - Remote support skills are a must for this position in order to assist customers over the phone and remote connections - WAN and LAN experience - PBX Knowledge - Video Conference experience - Nice to have: Spanish language knowledge: written and spoken
