*Consideramos profissionais PCD para todas as nossas posições* As a Social Media & Digital adsales senior analyst you will give support and collaboration in all initiatives, reporting to the Digital Data & Insight Manager who is -responsible for providing ationable insights and strategies that will shape digital portfolio and Digital Management at Turner. This position will support transversal teams: Digital, Innovations, Ad Sales in Brasil Main Functions for this role within Latin America: 1. Gather Data Sources: Ability to put together multiple data sources to derive new insights and conclusions. Help analyze data on digital audience, through a mastery of our numerous data platforms including comScore, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics Insights, Omniture, Adservers, etc.. 2. Ad hoc Studies Support: Bring operational support in terms of studies and any other Ad Hoc digital research projects. Help in the development of new projects together with Sales Team Work directly with Brands to coordinate methodoloigies and align expectations and deliverables in the digital world. 3. Trends: Help searching trends and fulfilling our audience / consumer’s needs, focus in AdSales in digital platforms. Create industry narratives with post and conversation in social medias (creating monitors and queries at social media tools). Analyze key trends regarding digital enviroment (OTT, SVOD, TV Braodcast TV, Broad Band) competitive intelligence, and audience insights when it relates to revenue. 4. Campaign Measurement: Colaborate and interact with digital teams in order to assure proper tagging within digital syndicated tools and other. Make sure clients expectation are being fullfil with project proposed Guarantee accuracy in terms of Brands KPIs measurement Work with vendor to make sure campaign is being well measured 5. Educate & Promote: Participate in meeting as a voice of digital research, representing the area when necessary. Attend to digital seminars & associations in order to be updated. Make internal and external presentation to educate Turner’s employees and partners in the industry regarding new Digital Trends Skills & knowledge: • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry required. • Must be an analytical and resourceful thinker who enjoy uncovering actionble insights. • Time management skills and tasks priorization to fulfill requests. • Proactive and independent profile. • Previous experience in similar role within TV industry, Digital Agencies, Digital Media or Social Media company. • Experience with Latin American markets and their cultures. • Fluent oral & Written English is a must • Spanish is a plus
